Cancellation Policy

Cancel for free up to 48 hours ahead of your appointment, otherwise you can be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellation. 100% will be charged for not showing up.

Late Fee
If you are more than 20 mins late you will be charged.
 
Complaints Policy

Phie's Salon prides their self on excellent customer service. If you are at all unhappy with your service please contact us and let us know. If you have already left the salon, don’t go to another salon as we have a right to see exactly what the service or treatment you received from us looks like. We will arrange a suitable time for you to come back into the salon and discuss your complaint in private. Phie will happily review and rectify any problems free of charge. All complaints are taken seriously and dealt with accordingly.

 

Skin Testing

You Must have a skin test 24-48 hours before your first colour appointment, incase of a reaction.

please let us know If you have had COVID-19. a henna tatoo, used a henna hair colour or are on/have changed medication as we may need to test again.

You must be skin tested 14 days after any vaccinations and within 7 days of your colour appointment.

Salon Guidelines

  • Please arrive on time, no earlier or later than 5 minutes

  • We have installed a doorbell intercom system on our front door.  Please call upon arrival and wait for Phie to greet you.

  • You will be asked to take off your shoes (you can bring clean slippers)

  • Hands must be sanitised when entering the salon 

  • Please feel free to bring along your own drink if you so wish.

  • Please come with clean, dry hair unless asked otherwise
